Tobe lives in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife, Jenni, of over 25 years, their eight children, and loyal Cockapoo, Hampton. As a husband, father, and business owner, Tobe is committed to building a life centered around faith, family, and meaningful work. He is active in his local church and community, regularly investing his time in mentoring others, leading small groups, and supporting initiatives that strengthen families and serve those in need. 

With a heart for connecting people to work they are made for and love, Tobe brings a deeply relational approach to everything he does. Whether he’s helping someone navigate a career change, advising a business owner on how to build a stronger team, or encouraging a young person to discover their calling, he leads with conviction, clarity, and care. 

When he's not working or serving others, Tobe most enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also appreciates a quiet evening with a fine bourbon and a good cigar, a round of golf, or exploring the beautiful Lowcountry beaches and historic downtown of The Holy City. His life is marked by hospitality, humor, and a deep desire to live well and love well.
